- Quiz Bowl will hold its preseason intrasquad meet on either Wednesday or Thursday.All interested individuals should inform Mr. Shaheen of their availability by the end of the school day today. Our season begins on Wednesday, October 9.

- JUNIORS & SENIORS: Mrs. Dunn is looking for mentors who will help with Character Day and other student related activities. You may pick up an application in Student Services or the Main Office.
- Juniors and seniors interested in attending a Historically Black College University: There is a free College Bus Trip to Chicago on Saturday, October 5th. Those interested need to see Mrs. Richards by Wednesday.
