Chromebook Procedures

Parent Chromebook Procedures
  • Damaged/Not Working Chromebooks:
    • Have your student show the damaged/not working device to a teacher or a staff member IMMEDIATELY! The teacher whom the student initially shows the Chromebook to will troubleshoot and/or fill out a HelpDesk ticket.  
    • After the teacher fills out the HelpDesk ticket:
      • If the Chromebook is unusable - the student will bring the Chromebook to Office 200
      • If the Chromebook can still be used -  the student will hold onto their Chromebook until IT fixes the problem internally.
  • Lost/Missing Chromebooks:
    • Have your student come to Room 200 and tell Miss Schlotfeldt ASAP! If she is not in her office:
      • The student should tell a teacher/staff member IMMEDIATELY so they can reach her.
