Student Chromebook Procedures

  • Damaged/Not Working Chromebooks:
    • Show the damaged/not working device to your teacher or a staff member IMMEDIATELY! The teacher whom the student initially shows the Chromebook to will troubleshoot and/or fill out a HelpDesk ticket.
      • After your teacher fills out the HelpDesk ticket
        • If the Chromebook is unusable - bring laptop to Office 200
        • If the Chromebook can still be used -  hold onto your Chromebook until IT fixes the problem internally.

  • Lost/Missing Chromebooks
    • Come to Room 200 and tell Miss Schlotfeldt ASAP! If I am not in my office:
      • Tell a teacher/staff member IMMEDIATELY so they can reach me.
