  • ALL STUDENTS MUST BE WEARING A CURRENT ID ON A LANYARD. STUDENTS WHO PUT A STICKER OVER OR SCRATCH OUT ANY PART OF THEIR ID CARD WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A NEW ID.YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DEFACE YOUR ID AT ANY TIME THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR.STUDENTS WHO FORGET THEIR ID WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A TEMPORARY ID FOR $1.00 WHEN THEY ENTER THE SCHOOL.STUDENTS WHO LOSE THEIR ID MUST PURCHASE A NEW ID FOR $4.00.
    • All clubs, teams, staff members, and students....Please plan to attend the WNDU Pep Rally this Friday at 5:30 A.M. Doors open at 5:00 A.M. and this will take place in our main gym.
    • A REMINDER TO STUDENTS:YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A PARKING PERMIT TO PARK IN THE STUDENT PARKING LOT.THE COST IS $10.00 CASH ONLY.PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE TREASURER’S OFFICE.
    • The 21st Century After School Center is open in the Library, after school Monday-Thursday 4:00 – 6:00.  The center will provide tutoring, remediation, college career readiness and other activities.  Dinner is served and transportation is provided. Applications are available in Guidance.  Students must report by 4:10 P.M.
  • The VOICE will meet on Wednesdays after school at 4:00 P.M. in Room 216 with Mrs. Diona Jones. All are welcome to join.
  • Quiz Bowl will meet today after school in room 417.  All interested students who are not currently involved in a sport should plan to attend,
  • The Riley Mock Trial Team informational meeting has been rescheduled for tomorrow after school In Room 409. Contact Mr. Tholin with questions.
  • Support Riley Yearbook and have dinner at Chipotle on Ireland Road on Tuesday, October 2nd between 4:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.Riley Yearbook is having a fundraiser to go toward the publication of the 2019 yearbook.
  • Auditions for Riley's fall play will be Oct. 2nd and 3rd in the auditorium after school from 4:15 to 5:30. Anonymous is a modern day telling of The Odyssey Filled with adventure and a diverse cast of characters. All those who are interested are encouraged to come. Students planning to audition should prepare to read excerpts from the script alone and with one another in front of other students. There will be no singing or dancing portion as this show is not a musical. If you have conflicts, or have any other questions talk to Braden Allison.
  • Order your yearbook for the best deal of the year: $58 with up to four icons for free with the purchase of personalization until Friday! Go to jostensyearbook.com or give your payments to Ms. Emkow. Please make checks out to Riley High School.
  • Girls Basketball open gym is going on every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Tryouts start October 15.Everyone must have a physical and insurance paid in order to participate. If you have any questions, please see Coach Packer in room 219.
  • ANY STUDENT WHO PURCHASED A YEARBOOK PICTURE PACKAGE SHOULD PICK IT UP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN THE TREASURER’S OFFICE.
  • The St. Joseph County College Fair will be held Thursday, October 4 from 6:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. at the Century Center.  Admission and parking are free. Arrive early to attend the Financial Aid Seminar at 5:30 P.M.
  • ANY JUNIOR OR SENIOR WITH A RESPECTABLE GPA MAY ATTEND ANY OF THE UPCOMING COLLEGE VISITS IN THE LGI.PLEASE SIGN UP IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE.

  • REFUNDS FROM LAST YEAR’S AP TESTING ARE STILL AVAILABLE IN THE TREASURER’S OFFICE FOR STUDENTS WHO PAYED THE $15 SITTING FEE. PLEASE GET YOUR REFUND IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOURS LAST MAY.
