  • CHOIR IS SPONSORING A DRESS DOWN DAY FRIDAY FOR RILEY STUDENTS. THE COST IS $2.  YOU MUST PAY FOR A TEMPORARY ID ON FRIDAY.  ANYONE WHO CHARGES AN ID ON FRIDAY MUST BE IN SCHOOL UNIFORM, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Please help us help others in our community!   Time is running out to donate toiletries for South Bend’s YWCA and Food Bank.  Friday, December 6th  (TOMORROW) is the last day we are able to accept donations.   Items needed include:  soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper, paper towels, and diapers.  Purple totes are located on each floor and Food Bank bins on the first and second floors for your donations.   Thank you for donating!
  • The Riley symphonic orchestra and choirs will be presenting a holiday concert on Monday, December 9th at 7 P.M. in the auditorium.  The admission is $3/adults, $2/students grades 7-12, 6th grade and under free, and $10 for a family.  There will be lots of great holiday music and a sing-along!  Please come enjoy an entertaining evening and support the Riley fine arts department!
  • Girls’ Basketball will play John Glenn Friday night.  The JV will start at 6:00 PM and varsity will follow.  If you bring a hat, mittens, or gloves your admission to the game is just $2.00.  We are supporting the mitten and hat tree here at Riley.  Come cheer on Girls’ Basketball and help keep a kid warm this winter.
  • Do you like making? Building? Solving problems? Join us at Riley's first ever Make-A-Thon!  This Saturday, December 7th from 9am - 3pm at Riley High School.  See Ms. Haubold or Mr. Ponder for more info, or visit our website at bit.ly/rileymakeathon.  All are welcome, no technical experience required! 
  • Candy Cane Grams are back!  Purchase a Candy Cane gram for a friend next week before school or during lunch.  They only cost $1 and will be delivered to first hour teachers the Tuesday before break.  Make your friends' holidays extra sweet with a Candy Cane Gram!
  • Baseball workouts resume December 10! Come see Coach DeDario in Room 315 for the December schedule. Reminder that you need your physical, insurance money and family ID registration completed before you can come out.
  • Track conditioning is held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the winter from 4:15-5:30!
